Overview

MiskePro provides mobile tools for quotation management, customer workflows, product catalogs, PDF generation, and team operations. This policy explains what information we use and why.

Information we may process

• Account details such as name, email address, and company role.
• Business data such as customer records, product records, quotations, and price lists.
• Technical data required for sign-in, app security, and feature delivery.
• Optional push-notification tokens when notification features are enabled.

How we use information

• To authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
• To create, store, update, and share quotations and PDF outputs.
• To manage customers, products, price lists, staff permissions, and workflow history.
• To send operational notifications such as approval flows or account-related notices.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and software providers that help us operate authentication, databases, hosting, and notifications.

Your choices

• You may request account deletion using the account deletion page on this site.
• You may contact us for support or privacy-related help.
• You can manage optional device permissions such as notifications in your device settings.

Website traffic statistics / Web ziyaret istatistikleri

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page and screen traffic statistics without analytics cookies. Counts may include approximate region, browser and device categories. We do not send account identifiers, customer names, business document contents, amounts, authentication codes, URL query strings or fragments. Page paths are restricted to fixed public page and screen names. Advertising tracking and Google Analytics tags are disabled on the website. These statistics appear in Vercel, not Google Analytics.

Web sitesinde analiz çerezi kullanmadan toplu sayfa ve ekran ziyaret istatistikleri için Vercel Web Analytics kullanılır. Yaklaşık bölge, tarayıcı ve cihaz türü bilgileri işlenebilir. Hesap kimliği, müşteri adı, ticari belge içeriği, tutarlar, giriş kodları ve bağlantıların sorgu/çapa bölümleri gönderilmez. Yalnızca sabit sayfa ve ekran adları ölçülür. Webde reklam takibi ve Google Analytics etiketi kapalıdır. Bu istatistikler Google Analytics yerine Vercel panelinde görüntülenir.

Android aggregate usage / Android toplu kullanım ölçümü

The Android app sends small batches of fixed screen names and counts to our existing Supabase service during signed-in use. The existing account session authorizes the request. The analytics tables store only the day, fixed screen name and total count for up to 90 days, plus a short-lived shared request budget. They do not store user, company, customer or device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising IDs, document contents, amounts or raw event histories. No Google Analytics SDK or analytics consent popup is used. These totals are approximate counts, not unique users; offline or failed measurements are not persisted or retried. Reports are restricted to the super administrator. Authentication and infrastructure request handling remain subject to the technical-data practices described above.

Android uygulaması, giriş yapılmış kullanım sırasında sabit ekran adları ve sayılardan oluşan küçük toplu istekleri mevcut Supabase sunucumuza gönderir. İstek mevcut hesap oturumuyla yetkilendirilir. Ölçüm tablolarında en fazla 90 gün boyunca yalnız gün, sabit ekran adı ve toplam sayı; ayrıca kısa süreli ortak istek sınırı tutulur. Kullanıcı, firma, müşteri veya cihaz kimliği, IP adresi, reklam kimliği, belge içeriği, tutar ve ham olay geçmişi bu sayaçlara kaydedilmez. Google Analytics SDK'sı veya analiz izin kutusu kullanılmaz. Sayılar tekil kullanıcı sayısı değildir; çevrimdışı veya başarısız ölçümler kalıcı saklanmaz ve tekrar gönderilmez. Raporları yalnız süper yönetici görebilir. Oturum doğrulaması ve altyapı isteklerinin işlenmesi yukarıdaki teknik veri uygulamalarına tabidir.
